In your windows explorer Select the Appdata folder(you were in the roaming folder until now).
If you have any of those folders DELETE them.
In the roaming folder try to find folders with the names Paradox Interactive and Paradox Launcher v2 or something similar.
Go to the Windows search and type %appdata% and click enter.
Find the program called Paradox Launcher v2 and uninstall it.
If you are on windows 10/11 a window called Add or remove programs should appear, click on it.If you are not on Windows then go to your Control panel and then Uninstall programs.
Go to your windows search and type in Programs.
Go to Documents/Paradox Interactive and delete the Europa Universalis IV folder (WARNING: this will delete all your local save files and settings!!!).
Open the launcher and add it to the playset and then hit play.
Subscribe to the mod again and wait for it to download.
Go to C:/Program Files x86/Steam/Steamapps/workshop/content and delete the folder called 236850.
Go to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV and delete the mod folder.
Go to All mods and hit the reload mods button(select clear cache).
Open the launcher, go to playsets and remove the mod from there.
Go to the mod folder and delete all ugc.mod files.
Go to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV.
Wait until the procedure is ready and launch EU4.
Select the option Verify integrity of game files.
Click on Properties and go to the Local Files section.
Open steam and go to your game library.
Join the Official Imperium Universalis discord server where you can receive regular updates on the progress of the mod, suggest ideas, receive help, discuss strategies with other players and more.
